As
a
coach,
counselor,
therapist,
psychologist,
mentor
or
wellness
practitioner,
you
want
the
very
best
for
your
clients.
We
live
in
chaotic
times
and
your
clients
are
constantly
faced
with
making,
and
adapting
to,
changes
in
their
lives.
You
want
meaningful
and
sustainable
change
for
your
clients
that
will
bring
them
the
greatest
happiness,
meaning
and
fulfillment
in
their
lives.
Even
though
you
know
you
do
good
work
supporting
your
clients
going
through
a
change
process,
you
may
find
that
these
things
happen.
-
Your
clients
come
up
with
an
intention
or
plan
that
sounds
good
but
they
don't
follow
through.
They
keep
talking
around
the
same
issue
without
making
real
progress.
-
Your
clients
come
up
with
pro
and
con
lists
for
the
decisions
they
want
to
make,
and
yet
they
feel
insecure
about
moving
forward
and
still
unsure
of
what
is
the
right
choice
for
them.
-
Your
clients
have
limiting
beliefs
that
they
just
can’t
get
past.
You’ve
tried
everything
you
know,
and
yet
a
shift
has
not
occurred.
- Your
clients
report
stress-related
body
signals
and
symptoms,
and
you
don’t
know
how
to
work
with
them
to
deepen
an
understanding
of
what’s
happening.
Fear
takes
over
and
initiatives
are
undermined.
These
things
happen
because,
as
professionals,
we’ve
often
been
trained
to
question
the
mind
for
the
answers
and
then
expect
a
change
in
behavior
to
happen.
An
important
ingredient
that
is
usually
missing
in
our
training
is
the
use
of
the
body.
Even
we
ask
our
clients
what
their
gut
hunch
is
or
what’s
happening
in
their
body,
we’re
at
a
loss
of
what
to
do
next.
Include
the
Body
in
the
Change
Process
You
may
not
have
realized
it,
but
the
body
is
an
excellent
resource
for
moving
a
client
through
life
changes.
As
clients
include
more
of
their
body’s
wisdom
in
daily
living,
suddenly
they
have
a
greater
capacity
to
slow
down,
pay
attention
and
make
better
decisions
in
order
to
embrace
change.
They
begin
to
experience
the
joy
and
excitement
of
actually
seeing
the
things
they
want
happen.
What
I’ve
seen
is
that
when
there
is
congruence
between
what
the
mind
thinks
and
how
the
body
feels,
decisions
are
more
likely
to
be
made
with
a
commitment
to
follow
through.
As
a
practitioner,
you
will
delight
in
the
magic
and
forward
movement
that
occurs.
Both
you
and
your
clients
will
come
alive
with
the
inner
knowing
that
you
are
being
the
very
best
that
you
can
be.
A
Learnable
Skill
that
You
Can
Develop
Mindfully
accessing
the
body’s
wisdom
is
a
learnable
skill
that
will
help
clients
with
decision
making,
accomplishing
goals
and
moving
beyond
limiting
beliefs
for
further
insights,
inner
peace
and
well-being.
What
I
do
is
show
you
how
you
can
learn
what
the
body
has
to
offer.
I’ve
developed
a
number
of
body-centered
techniques,
written
about
them
into
a
book,
and
created
a
CD
set
so
that
you
can
hear,
first
hand,
the
profound
impact
it
has
on
clients.
You
can
begin
immediately
to
integrate
these
skills
into
your
practice
be
blown
away
by
the
results.
Your
client’s
happiness
and
success
is
too
important
to
be
without
these
essential
tools.
